How does caregiver sharing work?

You can securely share selected medication history with a trusted caregiver using Apple CloudKit. Sharing is fully controlled by you and can be revoked at any time.

Where are my photos and videos stored?

All photo and video proofs are stored locally on your device. If you enable caregiver sharing, shared copies are handled securely by Apple’s CloudKit infrastructure.

Does PillProof have access to my data?

No. PillProof cannot view, read, or access your medication data, photos, or videos.

What happens if I delete the app?

Deleting the app permanently removes all locally stored data from your device.

Why does the app need camera or microphone access?

Camera and microphone access are used only to record optional photo, video, or voice proofs of medication intake.

How do subscriptions work?

Premium features are purchased through Apple In-App Purchases and managed through your Apple ID settings.
